Hair growth cannot be just fixed with a soap. Use this when you wash your hair but also you need to take proper diet, make sure you are taking Vitamin E and Vitamin D. Do not use harsh chemicals on your hair. Do not wash hair with hot water. Do not massage after hair oil. Gently use your finger tips even if you use hair oil or serum on hair.
