Refund and Returns Policy

*Return policy is simple. Make sure that you claim the product within 7 days. After that request will be not accepted.

• If you receive a cosmetic product in a damaged, broken, expired condition, or if the product does not match its description, you must inform us within 48 hours after the order is delivered.
• Conditions for Returns:
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition when returned to us.

• Important Notes:
  • Products that are imported or have limited warranties only come with a “check warranty.” After this, no claims will be accepted.
  • Opened or used products can only be returned if a defect or issue is found (e.g., allergic reactions or product quality issues).
  • If a claim is made for a non-faulty product, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
• Shipping Returns:
  • For returning a product, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • You can use any courier service to send the product back to us.
  • Please ensure to carefully review the product description and details before placing your order.

Refund policy

• The amount of any product will not be returned.
• Your faulty product is replaced with a new one within 7 days.
• You can also get a voucher of that amount and buy any other product using that voucher.
